I require three emoticonists with the following skills to work on a semi-secret project with me:
Ability to create large-size emotes.
Ability to hold to a time line.

The emoticons? I use Photoshop, but that tends to be a bit pricey for most. GIMP is a good free program, and tutorials for it abound.
